Prequel Title
The prequel of “A Taste of Mortality” is in planning stage. It will be called “Dry Leaves of the Autumnal Court” and will tell the story of young Lorian and his ascension to power.

Inspiration
Lately I write but also am very discouraged. I feel that my novel is shit and I won’t be able to write is as I want. I perceive all I produce as awful and this hurts my brain in unbelievable way.
I guess every writer sometimes goes through this but this cursed state prolongs and pains me.

I am not sleeping well, hmm, I don’t sleep almost at all.
I am doing a break, until insomnia stop killing me. This time it’s serious. I am molting here.
First Lorian chapter rewritten
Per my message to Darkenaz:
When I created Leira, I didn’t plan to make her Lorian’s lover. Yes, he liked her enough, respected her, but she grew a lot in my book. So now, when I publish on Tapas and Wattpad, I am fixing this, making her darker, more… more. I rewrote the first Lorian chapter, the one with her (Dal’coler I). Because it makes much more sense, now, when she grew up in my mind into his lover – enough dark to love being one. Enough dark he had reason to like and want her. She is not weak. She is indeed a very torn internally but strong woman, who will have all right to feel desire to Lorian, for better and for the very worse.
She is not a pure human anymore, not only because of her horns and tail.
And she did and will do many dark things. Lorian’s words that he admires her gain new meanining. He is not easily impressed. Leira impressed him.

Sorry for the absence – I am swamped with real life and don’t have energy to spend on doing bwhat I love. The new chapter is in making, and soon should be posted, as my brain manage to deal with stress IRL.

So, now, some chapters will be much darker, not all, but many of them. Lorian is pressed by time and is nasty enough to use any means to save his realm from the gods.
And simply, because I love cruel fairytales, where madness is chased by blood.
